Bahá’í Life

All Bahá’ís share a common understanding that the purpose of each person’s life is to grow in knowledge of God, and to strive daily to develop our spiritual qualities. Each of us is engaged in this personal process of learning more about the nature and Will of God, and to express that knowledge and capacity through acts of service to others.

We have an active community life that revolves around spiritual, social, educational, and artistic activities. All these activities work towards promoting unity and uplifting the human spirit, reinforcing our human relationships and enhancing our devotion to the sacred. Central among the core activities of Bahá’í community life are Youth, Junior Youth and Children’s activities, Study Circles and Devotional gatherings. We warmly encourage all members of the wider community to join with us in these events which are open to everyone, free of charge.
